A UNESCO World Heritage Site the Historic District boasts of twisting alleyways, churches gilded in gold, and neogothic architecture.
Guyasamin was one of Ecuador's most famous painters. Inspired by Picasso, Guyasamin painted in an impressionist style and often featured the indigenous people of Ecuador and their stories in his work. Visit his Humanity's Chapel where he left some of his most famous work for the Ecuadorian People and international fans to visit in his studio, appreciate his work, and learn about the symbolism he imparted in his paintings.

Papallacta is a beautiful area right in the transition between the high paramo and the cloud forest. An interesting mixture of insects, plants, and birds can be found here!
The hot springs are heated by the neighboring Antisana Volcano. Relax away in the bubbling paradise to escape the chilly nights.
NOTE: The Papallacta pass that we'll be visiting is at 13,000ft next to the volcano! It's cold up there. If you're planning on adding this on, definitely bring a heavy sweatshirt and a hat!
